MS in Psychology | Certified Health Coach | Fitness & Nutrition Trainer
When I work with clients, I take time to learn their history, needs, goals, lifestyle, stressors, and patterns. I want to understand what has worked in the past, what continues to feel challenging, and why health can feel hard to prioritize even when someone is successful in other areas of life. From there, I use evidence-informed strategies from fitness, nutrition, psychology, and behavior change to create a realistic plan that supports the whole person and who they are today.
I understand what it feels like to navigate weight changes, pregnancy, injuries, and physical or mental health challenges while still trying to show up in life like everything is the same. Those experiences taught me that a sustainable lifestyle is one that fits your current life and needs. It is not about extremes, perfection, or starting over every Monday.
At Welfits, I help busy adults feel stronger, calmer, and more in control of their health through realistic coaching that supports the body, mind, and lifestyle.

Fitness Coach | Men’s Physique Champion | Former Collegiate Hockey Player | BS in Public Relations
When I work with clients, I focus on making fitness simple, structured, and realistic. I help men build strength, improve muscle tone, train around limitations, and create routines that fit their work, family, and lifestyle. My goal is to remove the guesswork so clients know what to do, how to progress, and how to stay consistent.
I understand what it feels like to be active, competitive, or athletic, and then have life, injuries, career demands, or inconsistent routines change the way training fits into your life. Those experiences taught me that fitness does not need to be extreme to be effective, and progress does not require living in the gym.
At Welfits, I help men feel stronger, healthier, and more confident through training that is challenging, balanced, and sustainable.
